I read…

I’m an avid reader. I like to read many different generes. The types of books I generally read are business, technology, science fiction and suspense (i.e. Vince Flynn). Digital books are really starting to catch on in my library. I use the Amazon Kindle, but have my eye on the Barnes and Noble Kindle. I think digital books will take over print books very soon, it just makes economic sense for publishers and readers. It may not make mush sense to Authors, but I assume they would be excited to see their book published in as many forms as possible.

I try and leave a review of the books I read, either on my blog, or on my GoodReads account.

I write…

Yes I write, on my blog, science fiction (with a military slant), suspense, and the occasional horror story. I also write poetry, when moved. You can see links to my writing on the menu bar at the top of my site.

I code…

My profession for the past 20+ years has been software development. I’ve written just about every type of application you can think of. Languages I write in are C# and PHP, and am pretty handy with JavaScript and CSS. Right now my passions are WordPress and mobile software for the iPhone, Android and Windows platforms.
